SHIPMENT
Your orders will normally be processed within 3 working days from the receipt of your order when the product is available on stock and we received the authorization from the bank or company issuing your credit card.
As soon as your order is carried out you will be notified through an e-mail stating the tracking number for your shipment. Etruria s.r.l. elected as couriers Bartolini for all shipments within Europe, ad FedEx for all other destinations. On their websites (www.bartolini.it and www.fedex.com), choose the "tracking" service to monitor the state of your shipment.
Make sure you or other authorised person is present at your address at the delivery. Otherwise the courier might leave the parcel at the reception or hand it out to whoever is at your address, or store it for a limited time: in this case please contact the courier.
Freight costs and possible custom fees are handled by Etruria s.r.l. and included
in the price published on-line: you owe nothing to the courier. In case of withdrawal,
on the contrary, all expenses for the return are at your charge.
In case both of evident damage and of not immediately evident damage, you have
the burden to raise your objections to the courier under pain of extinction,
according to law prescriptions and/or according to general and special rules
applied by the courier.
