WITHDRAWAL

You can withdraw a contract, concluded and carried out according to the conditions here stated, with no penalties and giving no reason, if you are not satisfied with the product, communicating your intention to Etruria s.r.l., via Livorno 8/50a, 50142 Florence, Italy, tel. +39-055-7327203, fax +39-055-7327536, within 10 (ten) working days after receiving the product by mean of a registered letter. Etruria s.r.l. will issue an authorization for return. You will then return the product at your expenses to the above-mentioned address. - Communicate within the term and by the means fixed;
- The product must be integer;
- The product must be returned in its original package;
- The product must come with a copy of the authorization.

Etruria s.r.l., after receiving the product and verifying the conditions, will e-mail a confirmation of the arrival and will proceed to reimbursement within 30 days from your communication, by crediting your credit card.

Withdrawal is not admitted for personalised items, according to Italian law (art. 5 D.Lgs 185/99).

All risks connected to freight are entirely upon you. Etruria s.r.l. will accept the return and will then check the respect of all conditions: your right decays completely in case any of them is not respected. In this case Etruria s.r.l. will have the right to hold the sum paid for the product and to send the product back again at your expenses; otherwise Etruria s.r.l. will keep the product and reimburse the price, deduced all expenses and damages.

Contract cancellation

Giving wrong, false or mendacious data or information, as well as breaches of the obligation to payment, or non-cooperation in the execution of the contract, will be considered, even singularly, significant breaches: inconsequence to these Etruria s.r.l. will have a right to demand your fulfilment within a convenient deadline, after which the contract will be held cancelled according to Italian law.

In all cases of contract cancellation, you are bound to ship the product back to Etruria s.r.l. at your expenses and entitled to reimbursement of the price, if already paid, deduced all possible compensation for damage.
