The use of this website is subject to the following terms and conditions. Etruria s.r.l. may modify these Terms from time to time updating this posting, with the revised Terms taking effect at the date of its posting. Etruria s.r.l. is enrolled in the Chamber of Commerce of Florence: nr. FI559022, VAT code 05591240485. Etruria s.r.l. legal headquarters are located in Italy, in Via de’ Servi 12 - 50100 Florence; the operational headquarters are located in Italy, in via Livorno 8/50a – 50142 Florence. Please read these Terms carefully. By using this site, you have accepted these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the site. The general sales terms are regulated by Italian law and specifically by the legislative decree of 22 May 199_ n. 185 in matter of contracts at long-distance, and by the legislative decree of 9 April 2003 n. 70 on certain relating aspects of electronic commerce.

To access the website services (newsletter and online orders) you must register on the site. During registration, your name, surname, complete address, telephone number and email address will be requested. In the last step, you will decide whether or not to subscribe to the newsletter and receive more information and updates. Your personal data provided will remain in penemporium.com database until you ask to be cancelled from it by writing an email to marketing.sales[at]stipula.com or by phone (+39.055.73.27.203).

In order to purchase a product on penemporium.com just select it and put it in your shopping cart. The characteristics of the products sold on penemporium.com are accessible in each product page. The images and colors of the products sold on penemporium.com could possibly not be perfectly equivalent to the actual products because of the effects of the Internet browser and the monitor used by the viewer. In the shopping cart page you can modify your personal data before the order is processed. You can, for instance, give a different address where you want the product to be shipped to. Payment of ordered products can be made by credit card, bank transfer, Mobilmat or by Banca Sella Code. Filling out the appropriate section of the bank form, you give Etruria s.r.l. the authorization to charge you of the total amount that corresponds to the price of the acquired products. The system manager of payments will perform the opportune verifications for the validity and coverage of the credit card indicated by the client.

Steps for orders:

1. Register to penemporium.com
2. Log-in
3. Choose the product you want to buy
4. Add the product to your shopping cart. If you are not given the possibility to do it, this means that the item cannot be shipped to your Country. In this case you can look at the authorized dealer list of your Country on www.stipula.com.
5. Click on "Purchase!". You will enter into a new page within Banca Sella’s website. From this page you can decide how to pay. The financial information (the number of the credit card or the expiration date) will be sent by cryptographic protocol to Banca Sella which provides the according long-distance electronic payments without any interference from third parties. In addition, such information will not be used by Etruria s.r.l. if not for completing the relative procedures for your order and to issue relative refunds in case of eventual returns of merchandise following the exercise of your rights to recess, or rather, at that time it becomes necessary to inform and notify the police force of the commission of fraud on penemporium.com.
6. After the payment you will receive two emails: the first one from Banca Sella stating if the payment has been authorized by your bank; the second one from penemporium.com listing the products you ordered.

At the conclusion of those operation, Etruria s.r.l. will take charge of your purchase order. Etruria s.r.l. has the authority to not pursue with the purchase order if there is not sufficient guarantee of solvency or if your data result incomplete or incorrect, or rather, in case of no availability of the product. In these cases, by thirty days we will provide information via electronic mail that the contract is not concluded and that Etruria s.r.l. has not proceeded with the purchase order specifying the motives. The charge for the order of products will take place at the moment in which Etruria s.r.l. accepts the order. Etruria s.r.l. will issue an invoice in Euro addressed to the credit card owner before shipment. In case of partial evasion of the order, the charge will correspond only to the relative amount of the products actually shipped. In the case of the assertion of withdrawal rights, the amount to be reimbursed with be credited to the same credit card. All norms regarding fraudulent or incorrect usage of the stated method of payment in accordance with the relative provisions of law and to the agreements made between the client and the issuing company of the credit card, as well as between Etruria s.r.l. and the director of the payment service, will be applied. In particular, the client, accepting the present conditions and forwarding the order form, guarantees Etruria s.r.l. to be in possession of all the necessary authorizations for the use of the payment method indicated above.
