Stipula pens are guaranteed for all defects arising during normal use. All responsibility of the producer is excluded for torts to the product, persons or other objects caused by accidental events, misuse of the pen, non-authorised repairs or any other event not directly caused by material or processing defects.

In any case, the maximum reimbursement corresponds to the amount paid for the product.

Repairs in warranty are at Etruria’s charge. Estimates for repairs not in warranty are provided on request.
